We have developed a powerful tool (an app and a digital platform) for wellness professionals (personal trainers, nutritionists, physiotherapists, fitness centers, etc.) to help them grow their businesses and focus on their passion.We are a fast-growing startup with a dynamic team, and we dream BIG.🚀About the PositionThe Customer Support Assistant position is one of the best roles for getting to know and understand our customers’ needs. You will gain direct experience interacting with customers at all levels, in various disciplines within the wellness industry and across the globe. This stimulating role will test your skills, problem-solving ability, and capacity to drive results for our customers. The Customer Support Assistant will:Provide assistance and support to our customers daily via chat, video calls, and email.Diagnose technical problems and provide clear solutions, collaborating with other teams to deliver accurate and timely responses.Document and manage customer incidents using our internal tools, maintaining a complete and organized history for each case.Identify patterns in customer inquiries to suggest continuous improvements to our processes and products.Build strong relationships with our customers, becoming a true ambassador of the Harbiz brand.Act as the first point of contact for resolving customer issues and inquiries, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.Help to build our knowledge base (articles, videos, tutorials and guides)Working cross-functionally with sales and product teams to create the future of Harbiz.🔍What We Look ForCreative, self-disciplined, and passionate about what you do.Social skills and passion for customer relationships.Proactive attitude and independent person.Data-driven mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving ability.Affinity for the startup, fitness, and technology ecosystem.Languages: Spanish & English (fluent)No experience neededPossibility of signing an educational agreement with your University🤲What We OfferWork in a disruptive project with an immense capacity for growth.Possibilities of growth and professional development: we are a startup, and you will learn from all areas.Flexible schedule and autonomy.
