With this role, you'll be the first point of contact and it is your responsibility to ensure a positive customer experience.
Your main task will be to reply to e-mails, messages, and phone calls from customers.
Here you will assist in updating contact information.
As a person, you have a positive mindset that will help you to deal with tricky customer problems.

? You can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English ? You have a positive, and energetic attitude ? You have 6 months or more of customer services experience ? Computer savvy and efficient with different communication and office software tools ? Ability to work in shifts ?
