- Collaborate seamlessly with our Account Executives and Customer Onboarding teams, leveraging their expertise as needed.
- Establish effective connections with domain providers and webmasters to gather essential domain-related information.
About you - You are a native French speaker with excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
- Your strengths lie in excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy, allowing you to consistently see things from the customer's perspective.
- While your interests lies in graphic design, web design, or the tech environment, your unwavering commitment is always centered on the customer service.
Bonus points if you have prior experience in customer-facing roles.
- Your inherent qualities include exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently in planning and executing your tasks.
