CYBERSECURITY COMPLIANCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Qalea’s Compliance Operations Specialist will oversee one or more of our customer organizations’ information security needs, processes, and procedures. He/she will be in charge of the customer’s security information by making use of Qalea’s product portfolio.Your Tasks - ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain the organization’s information security compliance program, focusing on ISO 27001, Esquema Nacional de Seguridad (ENS), NIS2, PCI, and other relevant standards and regulations.Coordinate and manage the certification process for ISO 27001, ENS and other security standards, including the preparation of necessary documentation.Collaborate with internal teams to integrate security tools and security compliance requirements into business processes and IT systems.Provide expert guidance and training to staff on information security policies, procedures, and best practices.Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing guidance and support throughout the customer journey.Key Qualifications3+ years of experience in Information Security. Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISA or CISM are highly desirable.Previous experience in customer service.Experience in implementing and managing cybersecurity tools, such as password managers, EDR/SIEM, and vulnerability management solutions.Proven experience in managing compliance with ISO 27001, Esquema Nacional de Seguridad (ENS), NIS2, or similar security frameworks.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to information security, including European and national cybersecurity laws and standards.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple compliance projects simultaneously.Experience in conducting audits and assessments, including the preparation and review of audit documentation.Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to converse effectively at all levels of seniority, both internally and externally. Proven success of communicating effectively in Spanish and English.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
