Description: We are looking for a committed Customer Support Agent to act as the main point of contact between our clients and their customers or representatives. You will assist customers with placing orders, obtaining information, seeking advice, returning products, and addressing complaints.Key Responsibilities:Target Audience: Importers, dealers, car owners, and potential customers.Communication Methods: Phone (inbound & outbound), email, chat, and automated alerts.Your Duties:Respond to incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.Record call information in the system and ensure timely responses within service level agreements (SLAs).Develop expertise in the specific services and products relevant to individual customers.Escalate any service concerns to your Mentor as needed.Adhere to processes and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.Provide coverage for other agents during their absence, within the team or across teams.Work with Supervisors and Mentors on various projects as needed.Manage administrative tasks, including holidays, sick leave, and overtime.Participate in team meetings and assist with tasks related to performance, quality, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Requirements:Native-level proficiency in English and the required language for the market.At least 1 year of customer service experience; experience in the automotive sector is an advantage, and knowledge of electric vehicles is preferred.Proficient in IT platforms, equipment, and applications such as Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration.A positive attitude and readiness to work in a customer service setting.Strong customer service skills, with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs.Capable of managing customer calls from start to resolution or escalating when necessary.A minimum commitment of 6 months for this position is required.
