In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain data models and dashboards, delivering actionable insights into customer data. This technical position is key to driving decision-making and identifying new opportunities to enhance performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop KPI dashboards to enhance decision-making and performance tracking.Leverage data mining techniques and reporting tools to create insightful reports and dashboards.Prepare analytics reports in a clear and professional presentation format.Collaborate on establishing effective data ETL practices and processes.Conduct research and analyze ad-hoc studies as required.Document process flows and business rules, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.Process and analyze large datasets, keeping current reports updated and relevant.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in fast-paced industries like automotive or similar businesses preferred.Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.Expertise in data manipulation, complex analysis, and statistical modeling.Excellent analytical skills to interpret and communicate data insights effectively.Preferred QualificationsExperience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Alteryx, KNIME).Familiarity with Training, Learning, Development, or Talent Management teams.Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.Full professional proficiency in English is required.Ability to perform advanced statistical analysis.Additional InformationWhat we offer:Be part of a great team of professionals in an internationally consolidated company.MSX Bazaar: A collective purchasing portal with fantastic discounts for employees.The possibility to join the Flexible Compensation Plan (including medical insurance, transport card, meal card, training, and more).23 working days of vacation per year, as stipulated by the collective agreement.Additional incentives such as employee referral programs, opportunities as internal trainers, recognition for new business contributions, and more.You will be working from our Madrid office in a 50% hybrid position, with the first 5-6 months approx. fully on-site for the adaptation period.
