The company operates and invests primarily in Energy Infrastructure with the main assets related to Solar PV, CSP, Wind, Energy Efficiency, Geothermal, LNG and Gas-Infra.The post holder will lead the Data Analytics Team (DAT). Within his/her area of expertise, the candidate will interact with the various IKAV organizations to automatize company process and analyze potential areas for process improvements and to implement the defined projects.  The candidate will lead the team based in Madrid and report to the project steering group. The role will have a global reach and as such the candidate will be involved in different activities and projects across the organization. The Data Analytics Team will provide wide support to different activities across the company that may require data process optimization. i.e. reporting, performance analysis, data compilation for large transactions, automatization of processes, etc.As a team leader, the post holder will coordinate and lead a team of 4 people and will be responsible to ensure that the following activities are delivered with the required quality and a timely manner:• Analyze data available and relevant information of the target project.• Define potential opportunities to improve and automatize existing digital processes. • Preparation of the project plan, including process flow chart, implementation schedule, activity plan, level of effort and estimated implementation budget• Seek project approval.• Implementation of the approved projects on time and budget• Routine report to the steering committee/main project stakeholders• Provide training to future users.• Manage required SW and provide future updates. ExperienceMin 3 years experience in the related field and coordinating teamsOther requirementsEnglish fluent, primary language for communication, Spanish is a plusBusiness acumen and willing to operate in international environmentProject management mindset able to interact with multidisciplinary teams and to deliver on targets
