You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and data teams to ensure seamless data pipelines, high-quality data delivery, and the implementation of scalable solutions that empower the marketing team to make informed, strategic decisions. This position is ideal for an individual who’s passionate about building robust data systems and contributing to the success of eCommerce marketing strategies.Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems to support marketing data needs.Collaborate with the marketing team to understand data requirements and provide solutions that enhance marketing campaign analysis and optimization.Implement data models and structures that ensure clean, accessible, and reliable data for marketing analytics.Optimize and monitor ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure efficient data flow from various sources.Work with data analysts to provide comprehensive data sets that allow for in-depth campaign and customer behavior analysis.Implement data integration solutions that support multi-channel marketing efforts.Ensure data integrity and reliability by conducting regular tests and data quality checks.Maintain up-to-date documentation on data engineering processes and best practices.What you’ll need to be successful:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.2+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role, preferably with a focus on supporting marketing departments.Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt, etc.).Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and data storage technologies (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery).Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to building solutions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and data teams.Familiarity with eCommerce and digital marketing data structures and KPIs is a plus.Apply now or send your CV for immediate consideration: Leopold@weareconcentric.com
