You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable data pipelines on Azure, supporting business insights, machine learning models, and real-time analytics.IMPORTANT: This is a hybrid position in Barcelona.What do you need to be part of this project?📢 Responsibilities:🔹 Data Pipeline DevelopmentBuild and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines on Azure Data Factory and Databricks.Optimize data ingestion, transformation, and storage processes.Work with structured and unstructured data, ensuring performance and scalability.🔹 Big Data & Cloud InfrastructureDesign and manage data lakes and data warehouses using Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).Implement data governance best practices, including security, access control, and lineage tracking.🔹 Database & Storage OptimizationWork with SQL-based data processing (Azure SQL, Synapse, Delta Lake, Cosmos DB).Optimize queries and indexing strategies for large-scale datasets.🔹 Automation & DevOps for DataDeploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Bicep.Automate deployments and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and ArgoCD.🔹 Monitoring & LoggingImplement observability using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Elastic Stack.Ensure system health, data quality, and pipeline performance with logging and alerting.🔹 Collaboration & Agile DevelopmentWork closely with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to deliver robust solutions.Follow agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban to ensure iterative improvements.📢 Requirements:✅ Must-Have Technical SkillsCloud: Expertise in Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, ADLS, Databricks).Big Data & Storage: SQL, Spark, Delta Lake, and Cosmos DB.Data Pipeline Development: Python, PySpark, SQL, and Bash scripting.Automation & IaC: Terraform, Bicep, and Ansible.CI/CD & DevOps: Azure DevOps, GitOps, Kubernetes (AKS), and Docker.Monitoring & Logging: Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Loki, Elastic Stack.✅ Nice-to-Have SkillsFamiliarity with Kafka, Event Hub, or Stream Analytics for real-time processing.Knowledge of machine learning pipelines and MLOps concepts.Experience in business intelligence (Power BI, Looker, Tableau).📢 Languages:English (Fluent).French (Plus!)📢 Work Mode:Hybrid, 2-3x per week at the office.Are you ready to embrace this force?
