As the Data Engineering Team Lead you will guide our analytics platform to optimally support our analytics and business objectives.

Driving initiatives and leading the architecture discussions and decisions for Veriffs analytics platform data warehouse data lake and business intelligence services Enhancing the data engineering domain by driving best practices and innovations if needed working handson alongside the team Providing your team with theresources processes and roadmaps to succeed Developing and maintaining frameworks that strengthen our analytics capabilities Setting performance metrics to optimize both speed and quality of delivery Proposing and implementing scalable solutions to complex business challenges You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have/are.
Experience leading a team 5 years as a Data Engineer or Software Engineer A track record of building scalable analytics platforms Strong SQL and Python skills and familiarity with modern analytics tools Experience with data lakes and warehouses Excellent communication skillsable to present findings clearly and concisely Fluent in English (spoken & written) Youre an especially awesome match if you have/are.
Experience with big data processing frameworks (Apache Spark Beam or Flink) Handson expertise with data visualization tools (Tableau Looker etc.
