In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, security, and compliance of data used in our Business Intelligence tools, AI, and analytics platforms. As part of our Data Office team, you will work closely with the Data Protection Officer, Business Stakeholders, and Data Analysts to implement and enforce robust governance policies across our data visualization, machine learning, and analytics tools.Develop and implement comprehensive data governance frameworks for analytics toolsManage data lineage, metadata, and access control across various BI platformsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GDPR, HIPAA, and GxPDefine functional requirements for Collibra, Tableau, PowerBI, and other analytics platforms to align with data governance frameworksCollaborate with Product Owners to implement data governance frameworks across analytics toolsSupport data scientists and analysts in adopting governance best practicesConduct regular audits and assessments of data governance practicesDevelop and maintain documentation for data governance policies and proceduresProvide training and guidance to team members on data governance principles and best practicesStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data governance and analyticsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience in data governance, data management, or related fieldsExtensive knowledge of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and compliance standardsProven experience with Collibra, Snowflake, and AWS-based analytics toolsStrong understanding of BI and AI/ML platforms, including Tableau, Power BI, and SageMakerExperience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries is highly desirableIn-depth knowledge of data privacy regulations, including GDPR and HIPAAExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detailOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical audiencesProficiency in SQL and data modeling conceptsCertification in data governance or related fields (e.g., CDMP, CIPM) is a plusFluency in English is required; Spanish and Portuguese are a plusAdditional InformationWhy Fusion?
