This experience should prove effective technical proficiency and the ability to engage in technical conversations with the teamPeople-Centric Approach: Focus on understanding stakeholders' problems and providing the best way to solve teamAgile Methodologies: Experience working with agile development methodologies like Kanban or Scrum, promoting transparency and collaboration within the teamPlanning and Execution: Strong skills in roadmap planning, execution, and measuring engineering excellence through key metrics and KPIsPriority Management: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and concurrent projects effectivelyCloud Services: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud services, including technologies like Terraform and Ansible, for designing and managing scalable infrastructuresData-specific ecosystem: Proficiency in the most common tools operated within the data team to provide support: Apache Druid, Trino, Airflow, Data lakes…Incident Management and On-call Responsibilities: Previous experience in incident management and on-call responsibilities is needed. The candidate must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills under pressure and quick responsiveness to critical situationsKnowledge in Infrastructure as Code Delivery: Familiarity with delivering infrastructure as code (IaC) and experience in running containers and Kubernetes in production is expected.
