As the Legal/Privacy Operations Specialist, you will be working with a truly dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our Customer Service team /privacy and legal team to improve our internal processes and providing valuable feedback on product performance.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust through the work as GDPR compliance.
Act as “voice of the customer”, work with the product and Business Growth team to help improve the company’s services and bring the best mobile experience to customers.
Proactively flag efficiency lacks, providing upward feedback communicating regularly with supervisors and managers.
Handle and reply to customer requests in a timely manner and provide an analytical report to Head of Customer Service and Chief Privacy Officer.
Work closely with the privacy team to improve processes so that customers can execute their rights.
Produce and develop a data protection training program, including training materials, for specific business units.
