DATA SPECIALIST (VEEVA)_ PHARMA/ENGLISH

Hays is collaborating with the leading company in the pharmaceutical sector, TOP 10 pharma with more than 146 affiliates around the world and 47 employees, of which 1,600 are located in Spain.They create innovative medicines for people and animals, adding value through innovation for all three business areas: human pharmaceuticals, animal health, and contract manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. Now they are in the expansion phase and are developing the animal area. Our client is forming a technological hub that will serve the entire group internationally. This hub is located in San Cugat del Vallés.We are looking for a Data Specialist (Veeva). The proposal is to create an Admin role in INCAP that is like data steward role in Veeva CRM. This Admin role will manage various customer data, user data and other support functions for the INCAP tool. Similar services can be extended to tools such as EPIC, X-CEVAS if needed.What would your duties be?Define requirements and develop with the IT Team: Based on increasing business needs, write requirements, advice on how to implement, UAT these requirements and train users on its usage. (Eg. Community calls, release notes, etc.)Hands on support: INCAP platform is a strategic planning tool for cross functional teams and time to time users may need support on basic functionality of INCAP. Admin should be able to help end users in such requests. Admin is not expected to be a trainer for the platform.Data Addition request: Customer data addition to the INCAP platform as prescribed by Global Capability Owner and key Users.Data Change request: As and when Data error spotted or requested for a change in data as the customer might have changed bio-details, the Admin will take up such requests and correct the desired entry. Which are the requirements for this position?Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.Experience with Veeva.Strong communication skills e.g., liaison with stakeholders.Previous experience conducting Data Steward activities and strong reporting skills.Previous experience dealing with user data and customer data.Experience in data maintenance and management on CRM’s.Fluent English is mandatory.What we offer?Participate in international projects.Young and dynamic environment.Office located in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona).Flexible Schedule – Monday to Friday from 8/9 to 5/6.1 o 2 days in office.Buffet onsite.We are looking for profiles like yours, if you are interested, sign up for the offer so we can tell you more details!
