To support our digital transformation, you will be involved in collaborating in all aspects of the Communication Strategy, training and Change Management execution to ensure adoption of our products. It includes: Communication assets creation & design for Digital Initiatives (Videos, Infographics, Power Points presentations, E-Learnings, Training...) Internal communication tools management to communicate about Digital Initiatives (Yammer, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint...) Contribution to the Deployment execution phase of Sales and Customer Support Digital Initiatives, adoption & follow-up Contribution to the Release Management delivery phase of the projects. What will you learn? As a Change Management & Digital Communication Intern at Schneider Electric, you will have the opportunity to: Develop and execute communication strategies for projects and digital solutions, gaining practical experience in crafting effective messaging and selecting appropriate communication channels. Enhance your internal communication skills and learn about community management, fostering engagement and collaboration within the organization. Gain a comprehensive understanding of change management execution, including involvement in training, learning, and development projects, supporting project deployment and adoption. Acquire knowledge about release management processes and phases, contributing to the successful delivery of projects. Cultivate the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team, gaining valuable insights into cross-cultural communication and collaboration.Are you who we are looking for? Currently studying a degree or master in Communication or similar. Fluent in English, both written and verbally as you will be part of a global team. Innovative, autonomous, curious and a strong team spirit Strong communication and organizational skills required (international context) Capacity to work in multi-cultural teams and in a “virtual” mode Fluent in using MS Office: Excel & Power Point is a must Content Management and Collaboration tools: cloud storage, business networking… Video creation and editing knowledge is a great plus Motivated about IT worldWhat can we offer?
