DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

Develop and implement comprehensive digital engagement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty;
Manage and optimize digital communication channels, including email, social media, and messaging;
Conduct thorough customer research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving digital engagement;
Collaborate with the wider marketing and customer service team to ensure alignment of digital engagement efforts with overall business goals;
Monitor and analyse customer feedback and behaviour using tools like CRM systems and digital analytics platforms and provide regular reports on performance;
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital engagement and relationship management;
Identify and test new digital engagement channels and strategies to drive continuous improvement;
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field;
Proven experience in digital engagement, digital marketing, or a similar role;
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools;
Experience with digital communication platforms and tools such as CRM systems, social media management tools, and digital analytics platforms;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
