Want to discover more? Read on.Position SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead one of our most important global accounts (Amazon). The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding, developing and growing the existing business, ensuring it meets the objectives set in the business plan. This individual will need to defend and drive the agreed-upon business strategy, working to optimize processes, improve performance, and maximize account profitabilityResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Expand and nurture the existing global account, ensuring alignment with the business plan, and identifying new opportunities for growth.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regions to execute and maintain the business plan, adapting strategies to changing market conditions.Negotiation and Relationship Management: Lead high-level negotiations with the account, maintaining a strong and mutually beneficial partnership.Data Analysis & Opportunity Detection: Analyze business performance data, identify trends, and detect opportunities to optimize revenue and account profitability.Process Optimization: Evaluate and enhance internal processes to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with the company’s objectives.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.RequirementsProven track record in global account management, preferably within the footwear or fashion industry.Strong negotiation skills with a history of successful relationship building and contract negotiations.Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable business insights.Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving ambitious goals.Process-oriented, with the ability to streamline operations and improve efficiencies.Capacity to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.Initiative and agility, with a focus on achieving tangible results.Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.Business acumen and strategic thinking.High-level problem-solving abilities.Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit.Strong interpersonal skills for managing both internal teams and external client relationships.5-7 years of experience in managing key global accounts, preferably in a multinational environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
