DIGITAL MARKETING & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER

If you like professional challenges do not hesitate to join our growing company!IVI RMA Global is looking for a Global Digital Manager to lead a key transformation project across the organization, serving as the bridge between business requirements and technical implementations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of strategic digital initiatives to capture the value of advanced technologies through aligning them with our business goals.Main responsibilities:Act as the liaison between regional business stakeholders and the global technical team.Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.Translate regional business needs into actionable technical requirements to assure strategic implementation of digital platforms.Lead a team of professionals and agencies in the development, execution, and maintenance of digital transformation projects.Lead the tracking of progress and development of tools for performance management of impact and value captured.Oversee the global implementation of key digital initiatives and MarTech platforms such as CRM, CMS, and traceability tools.Collaborate with regional teams to identify local requirements and challenges.Ensure effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.Develop executive communications to share project updates and facilitate decision making by the executive team.Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of tools and platforms.Drive best practices in digital analytics, data integration, and platform utilization.Monitor the performance of digital platforms and initiatives.Recommend improvements and innovations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Position requirements:QualificationsMaster’s degree, with a preference for Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a similar digital roles, especially in the commercial side of digital marketing, ideally within a global or healthcare organization.Consulting experience is a plus.Certification in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce) is a plus.Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.Hard SkillsTechnical ExpertiseProject ManagementData Integration and AnalysisSoft SkillsStrategic Vision and Business AcumenCommunication and CollaborationProblem-Solving and AdaptabilityLeadership and InfluenceWhy Join IVI-RMA Global?Be part of a globally recognized leader in reproductive healthcare.Drive impactful digital transformation projects with cutting-edge tools and technologies.Collaborate with a diverse and talented global team.IVI RMA Global is committed to Diversity, Inclusion, Equal Treatment and Opportunities, especially with Sustainable Development Goal 5 (SDG), Gender Equality, and the fight against discrimination in any form.
