DIGITAL MARKETING & PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

Join our team as a Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist, where your expertise will be key to delivering innovative financial solutions in Spain. We are on a mission to drive digital transformation, leveraging digital channels to redefine financial services. In this pivotal role, you will lead our initiatives in affiliate marketing, SEM, paid social ads, and programmatic advertising, with a primary focus on strengthening our affiliate network. Your Role and Impact Affiliate Marketing (Primary Focus) Strategic Leadership: Oversee and enhance our affiliate strategy, building strong partnerships and exploring new opportunities for growth. Expertise in APIs and Metasearch: Utilize affiliate APIs and metasearch technologies to improve program efficiency and reach. Performance Analytics: Analyze metrics to adjust strategies and optimize campaigns, consistently exceeding growth targets. Creative Development: Lead the creation of engaging content and landing pages to boost brand interaction and conversions. SEM (Secondary Focus) Agency Collaboration: Manage external SEM agency relationships, ensuring innovative strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives. Budget Management: Oversee SEM budgets, making strategic allocations based on performance data and market opportunities. Paid Social Ads Innovative Campaigns: Design and execute impactful ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to drive engagement and conversions. Optimization through Analysis: Use data insights to refine advertising strategies, maximizing ROI and improving audience targeting. Programmatic Advertising Efficient Campaign Management: Implement and optimize programmatic buying strategies to enhance audience segmentation and ad placements. Technology and Innovation: Stay updated on programmatic advertising advancements to maintain a competitive edge. Ideal Candidate Profile Affiliate Marketing Expertise: 3-5 years of experience, especially with affiliate APIs and metasearch technologies. SEM Knowledge: At least 2 years managing SEM strategies and budgets with proven ROI success. Social Media Advertising Specialist: Minimum of 1 year creating and managing effective paid social media campaigns. Programmatic Advertising Innovator: At least 1 year of experience in programmatic platforms, enhancing advertising efficiency. Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to navigate international markets. Certified and Analytical: Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred, with strong analytical skills and a creative mindset.
