Digital Marketing Specialist - Evana Designs Job ApplicationWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist. In a nutshell, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' success online. You will leverage your diverse skill set in social media marketing, copywriting, video editing, and ad creation to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that elevate brand presence and drive results. Our clients are mostly gaming companies, and even more so tabletop games such as Warhammer 40k related businesses.Our Company: Evana Designs is a young creative agency, dedicated to delivering innovative and compelling digital marketing solutions. We love creativity and innovation, crafting unique brand experiences that resonate with audiences and drive engagement. We are currently seeking a talented and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.Hybrid role - you will need to be in the Tarragona office 2-3 days a week.Your Position / Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for a diverse range of clients, ensuring alignment with their unique brand identities and business objectives.Craft compelling copy for various digital platforms, including social media posts, ad copy, and website content, effectively communicating brand messages and engaging target audiences.Design and edit eye-catching videos and visual content for social media campaigns, promotional materials, and digital ads, enhancing brand storytelling and audience engagement.Create and manage targeted ad campaigns across multiple digital channels, optimizing for performance and ROI.Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, continually enhancing your skills and contributing to the agency's innovative edge.Edit YouTube Videos and Podcasts & create high-performing short from content from them.Make edits to webpages and CRO.Qualifications:Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in social media marketing, copywriting, video editing, and ad creation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging and error-free content.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).Proficiency in ad platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools, and the ability to adapt strategies based on data insights.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Fluent English and Spanish are needed for this role.
