Job DescriptionDigital Marketing SpecialistAs a Digital Marketing Specialist at ColdIQ, you’ll play a key role in building and executing our online marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include managing and creating impactful content across social media platforms, running ads to drive growth, and optimizing our digital presence through Webflow and other tools. This is a full-time contract position that can be based in Barcelona or fully remote, offering the opportunity to work with businesses worldwide and contribute to scaling a dynamic, fast-paced company.About ColdIQ 🧠ColdIQ is a B2B Lead Generation Agency helping clients generate leads through innovative sales strategies and technology. We also serve as a trusted resource for sales tools, offering a directory on our website for businesses building their tech stacks. Founded in February 2023, our growing team values collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning.What We’re Looking For 🔎We’re looking for a motivated individual who learns quickly and thrives in a dynamic environment. Ideally, you have 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, a passion for tech, and proficiency in:Webflow: Creating and maintaining visually engaging, functional websites.Paid Ads: Running successful ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, or other platforms.Social Media: Managing and growing social media presence.Digital Marketing: Building funnels, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing ROI.Your Responsibilities 💪🏼Managing and creating content for social media channels to grow engagement and audience.Running targeted ad campaigns to drive leads and conversions.Using Webflow to design and maintain landing pages, ensuring they are optimized for performance and SEO.Collaborating with the team to strategize and implement digital marketing campaigns.Staying on top of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.What Makes You A Fit Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and strategies.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Highly resourceful team player who meets deadlines and takes ownership of tasks.Tech-savviness and a keen interest in digital trends.Bonus Qualifications 😍Experience with programmatic SEO.Familiarity with tools like Apollo.io, Smartlead, or other marketing automation platforms.Recruitment ProcessVideo Introduction:  Send a 5-minute Loom video to people@coldiq.com, showcasing your relevant experience, key achievements, and explaining why you’re a great fit for the role.Screening Call: 30-minute interview with our recruiter.Final Interview: A call with our leadership team.Offer Letter: Welcome to ColdIQ! 💌
