We are looking for a Digital Program Manager - Digital Commerce Platform  to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital Strategy and Tech Team.

Fluent Business English    The Role     As a Digital Program Manager - Digital Commerce Platform, you will be responsible for managing a Technical Transformation program for the Nespresso Digital Commerce Platform, which is core to the Digital Commerce ecosystem of the future.
You’ll ensure the successful delivery of the technical transformation.
This role involves program structuring, planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, while maintaining program integrity and quality.
In This Role, You Will.
Establish program structure and implement agile project methodologies.
Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams associated with re-platforming programs.
- Technology transformation, supporting 50% of the business turnover.
- Operating model transformation.
- Redefinition of Global vs Local governance.
- User Experience overhaul.
Be accountable for program success according to defined criteria.
Put in place and monitor success criteria and benefit realization tracking mechanisms.
Keep a focus on technical excellence in the underlying deliveries.
Establish program governance and secure sponsor commitment.
Manage interdependencies between projects within and outside the program.
Select and validate professional service providers and external suppliers.
Develop and deliver a milestones-based program plan.
Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement and relations.
Lead stakeholder mapping, communications, and reporting.
Budget management for the program.
Manage and control program-level execution, risks, and progress.
Conduct reviews with executive sponsors and stakeholders to address program needs and changes.
Measure business case success.
Close the program and associated projects.
Manage team and resources in line with company principles and values.
What We’re Looking For.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of IT and direct to consumer business/industry experience.
5-7 years of leadership roles in major projects and programs, including agile methodologies.
Strong technical IT background.
Strong experience in executing Digital Commerce re-platforming strategies.
Strong leadership and people development skills.
Stakeholder management and conflict resolution experience.
Effective communication skills in English.
Global environment and virtual team experience.
Knowledge of IT project management methodologies (e.
., Agile, PMI, Prince 2 Agile, Lean Start-up, KANBAN, SDM, D&C, SCRUM).
Extra Skills That Set You Apart.
Familiar with Procurement Management and Portfolio Management.
Knowledge of Content Management Systems and Identity Provider Management solutions.
Experienced in Agile practices.
