Trane Technologies is currently seeking a Digital Project Manager, Assets & Content.
The Digital Project Manager, Assets and Content will be responsible for overseeing the creation, organization, and distribution of digital content and assets across various digital platforms.
This role requires a detail-oriented and strategic thinker who can manage digital assets efficiently while ensuring that all content aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital asset management and digital content creation with a focus on sales and field execution.

This position has been designated as a hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
What you will do.
·        Create and/or redesign presentations, assets, dashboards, or any visual content for the Digital team, including the CDO.
·        Work closely with all digital teams including designers and developers to produce beautiful, modern, cohesive, and engaging content.
The content will be customer-focused and revenue-enabling, for use by sales & field teams across the globe.
·        Create a Digital asset, content repository, and ensure all digital assets are properly tagged, searchable, and easily accessible to relevant team members.
Be the single point of contact for building, maintaining, and accessing the digital content library.
·        Work independently with minimal direction while adhering to aggressive deadlines that align with a variety of business priorities.
Demonstrate strict confidentiality for sensitive content and customer-specific content.
·        Constantly create and evolve digital templates that can be reused globally.
Customer digital assets for global consumption and leverage.
·        Support global and regional digital initiatives, conferences, meetings, and events.
Bring ‘best of Trane Technologies digital’ to these meetings from and assets and content perspective.
What you will bring.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital asset management, content management, or a related role.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to collaborate with teams in a variety of time-zones and regions globally.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinker with a passion for asset and content management.
