*Job Description:*We are seeking a seasoned Digital Sales Team Leader to drive sales targets and quotas for our SME (small-medium enterprise) teams. The ideal candidate will possess proven sales management experience, excel in developing and coaching team members, and adeptly monitor sales targets while maintaining an individual sales quota.**Responsibilities:**- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 digital sales Account Managers.- Oversee lead management, opportunity creation, and deal closures.- Analyze KPIs to strategize performance improvements.- Set and monitor sales targets.- Drive SME sales and build strong customer relationships to meet individual quotas.- Develop an in-depth understanding of Swo services and solutions to effectively coach the sales team.- Collaborate with solution architects to achieve desired customer outcomes.- Implement and maintain top-tier tools and processes.- Serve as the escalation point for team issues.- Work with the alliances team to develop marketing collateral.- Recruit and develop a world-class digital sales team.- Manage and report on the sales team’s quotas.- Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and alliances teams to optimize lead generation and customer engagement strategies.Join us to lead and inspire a high-performing digital sales team, driving success and growth in the SME market.
