About the role.
This is a unique leadership opportunity for an analytical, creative, and experienced individual to make a big impact on Gartner’s client experience as part our Global Product Management team.
Our mission is to create effortless, customer-centric, habit-forming digital experiences that enable clients to solve their mission critical priorities.
We are looking for an impact-driven, self-motivated problem solver to lead a team of product managers and partner with engineering team, data scientists and designers to build and improve Gartner’s customer experience platform.
What you will do.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers owning an area of Gartner’s customer experience platform Serve as overall product owner and lead a scrum team of product managers, data scientist, engineers and designers Understand customer needs and pain-points through qualitative research, quantitative analysis and synthesize into product opportunities Prioritize product opportunities based on impact and alignment with business goals Design, build, launch and assess MVPs in accordance with lean product principles Drive alignment and working collaboratively with a variety of business and technical stakeholders What you will need.
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA (or equivalent) will be a plus 8+ years of overall experience and 4+ years of experience in digital product management including people management Strong working knowledge and understanding of the application of data science (including machine learning, natural language processing); experience leading scrum teams with Data Scientists will be a plus Strategy or Management Consulting experience valued Strong quantitative data analytics capabilities and experience including ability to turn quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations Strong working knowledge of lean product principles and software development lifecycle Outstanding organizational and project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads Ability to work in a culture that thrives on feedback and seeks opportunities to stretch outside your comfort zone; and at the same time coach/mentor team members to build a high performing team culture What you will get.
