The Digital Products, Platforms & Services team is a newly formed team sits within Growth, Digital & Platforms (GDP) global function and is responsible for designing, developing & rolling out state-of-the-art digital products across brands, regions & divisions globally and help our brands accelerate organic growth.The RoleYou will be a business focused, technically skilled, highly motivated, and proactive Product Director to join our team dedicated to building and maintaining our cutting-edge Consent, Identity & Single Sign-On product. As Product Director, you will be responsible for the product and engineering of our Consent, Identity & Single Sign-On product, act as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring that the technical aspects of the SSO product align with the business goals and user needs.What will be your key responsibilities?As the Product Director for Consent products, you'll be responsible for translating the business requirements from various brands and divisions within Mars Petcare by setting the product and technical direction and lead a team to drive the design and integration with leading identity providers such as Okta, Auth0, ForgeRock, and OneTrust for consent management. Your role involves providing overall leadership, ensuring stakeholder management, product development, product rollout across all brands and divisions and delivery to align technical solutions with business goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the vision of our SSO and Consent product, delivering secure and compliant user authentication experiences.What are we looking for?In-depth understanding of GDPR and implementing across European and Global MarketsProven hands-on experience in leading product/engineering and implementing scalable software systems.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business units to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Understanding of regulatory frameworks related to data privacy and security, such as GDPR and CCPA, and the ability to design solutions that ensure compliance.Proficiency in integrating with various Identity Providers (IdPs) like Okta,Familiarity with various Multi-Factor Authentication methods and the ability to design solutions that enhance security by incorporating MFA seamlessly.Experience in API integration and understanding of RESTful APIs, as well as the ability to design architectures that facilitate smooth communication between systems.Knowledge of cloud-based identity services and experience in integrating SSO solutions within cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Awareness of user experience principles related to authentication and SSO, contributing to the design of solutions that provide intuitive and user-friendly experiences.Mars is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
