AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER I - Starting date March 3rd We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.

What does this internship consists in? Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today.
It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early March , and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes).
It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

The tasks to be carried out are in the framework of a strategic & key project for the company that consist of a new development for a new aircraft programme.
You will experience the end to end process from the development phase of the industrial system to the start of production and its stabilization.

understanding the daily task in a Production area and Airbus Operating System, the standardized way of working to continuously improve our business performance.
How? Monitoring and follow up of Engineering/Industrial deliverables for programme milestones.
Daily and weekly routines attendance providing inputs from Manufacturing Engineering Collect key data from the routines for the different database and deliverables for the department Definition of critical path and creation/update/ follow up of performance tracker Support for creation and modification of SOIs, monitoring in shopfloor and Design changes management.
Analyze recurrent issues and deviation in production and identify solutions within the team.
General support for shopfloor.
