DOCUMENT CONTROL SPECIALIST

You handle and maintain construction site documentation, making it available internally and externally, and act as the central contact for collecting redline documentation.
You ensure correct versioning and revision using appropriate methods and IT-supported systems.
You assign and lead document labeling according to project nomenclature, handle feedback, returns, and incoming documents from various sources, and input documentation into both internal and customer project platforms.
You check the formal correctness of documentation, support timely delivery for project achievements, and are responsible for dispatching, distributing, tracking, and archiving documentation.
Additionally, you coordinate with internal and external partners, transfer data between LOP systems, invite parties to regular coordination meetings, and support lessons learned for documentation, redline, LOP, and FQP processes.
How You’ll Make an Impact Oversee the creation, revision, distribution, and storage of documents, including policies, procedures, specifications, and technical drawings Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with document control requirements and standards Ensure that documents are accurately labeled, indexed, and archived for easy retrieval Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation What You Bring A Bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, or a related field is desirable.

Confirmed experience in document control or records management, with leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of document management systems and software Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to document control, such as ISO or FDA regulations (depending on the industry) Excellent organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Native speaker in country employed preferable Fluent English in written and spoken About the Team The Project Entity Offshore Team is a dynamic and dedicated group of professionals committed to delivering excellence in offshore projects.
