Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for assisting guests with their queries, resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.
Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email regarding bookings, activities and general information about the Dutch market.
Provide advice and information on facilities and services.
Respond effectively to customer concerns and complaints, striving to find a quick and satisfactory solution.
Work with other departments to resolve customer issues quickly.
Help customers book accommodation, meals and recreational activities.
Ensuring the accuracy of booking details and billing information.
Your profile High proficiency in Dutch (C2 level) Experience in customer service.
Thoroughness, autonomy and good interpersonal skills.
