Job Description My Bosch Car Service is a leading service for an automotive service provider, specializing in vehicle repairs and maintenance.
We are dedicated to delivering high-quality service to our customers, including government agencies and BCS workshops across the Netherlands and Belgium.
As a customer service agent, you will play a crucial role in managing customer inquiries and providing support to government agencies and BCS workshops.
Your responsibilities will include.
Government Contract Management.
Handling communication with government authorities for vehicle repairs at BCS workshops.
Managing government emails and prioritizing repair requests with workshop calls.
Ensuring timely and efficient resolution of government-related service requests Support for BOSCH BCS Workshops.
Connecting with Bosch Car Service Global and managing social media platforms for workshops.
Updating workshop addresses and providing administrative support as needed.
Global Service Support.
Handling technical tickets for global service and making necessary changes to BOSCH group websites.
Managing SAP service for workshops and ensuring seamless order processing and service delivery.
Qualifications Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with government agencies, workshops, and global teams.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and customer needs.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
