E-INVOICING SPECIALIST

Position Summary: In this role, you'll ensure timely upload of client invoices for online billing, facilitating on-time payments. As part of the Global Collections Team, you'll collaborate with E-billing, Collections Managers, and Sales to resolve e-billing issues, train Sales to avoid overdue bills, and align with collections goals. You should be quick-thinking, solution-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling high volumes of inquiries. Accuracy and critical thinking are essential, as well as experience using Tungsten, Ariba, Legal Tracker, or Coupa.Description: Assist with new client registration and onboarding into current or new e-billing portalsAssist in uploading of some critical invoices as needed and resolving any system obstaclesWork on improving collections of your assigned e-billing client accountsAssist with various settings of a wide range of e-billing portalsMaintain a central database of master account login information and user guide for various e-billing systemsTrain & guide sales and any stakeholders on how to use various e-billing systems (e.g. Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten)Work with sales to ensure correct e-billing invoices are uploaded in a timely manner (Work with the collections team on any e-billing challenges and on numbers improvementReport to senior management on the e-billing invoices progressTroubleshoot issues with platform support as requiredProvide customer & user support for ad-hoc eBilling queriesAct as needed, assist with any ad-hoc invoice revisions, payment applications and provide guidance on resolving invoice, payment related queriesWork closely with Finance and other teams to complete and set our vendor profileUpdate Clients records, payment terms and notificationsComplete all other tasks and support in any special projects, that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisorRequired skills, experience, and qualifications:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in E-billing facing roles with strong working knowledge of e-billing portals like Tungsten, Ariba, Legal Tracker & CoupaAbility to problem solve and think outside the boxExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and other applications)Strong written and verbal communication in EnglishFast learner, flexible and self-motivatedAbility to work as part of a team and independentlyAbility to create and maintain great relationships with different personalities and on various levels of seniorityHighest level of accuracyDesired skills, experience, and qualifications:Technical mindsetSecond language will be a bonusEnjoys talking on the phone & communicating over emailPrevious experience in corporate international settingsBy applying, I confirm I have read and accept TransPerfect's Privacy Policy: https://www.transperfect.com/about/data-privacy-recruiting
