Your responsibilities will include assisting with engineering activities, contributing to: The elaboration and presentation of the different weekly and monthly reports of performance of the projects on construction and operation for the EU&LATAM region, Cost & Control Management Areas, Sustainability, Health & Safety, Environment and Social.Elaboration and follow up of management control boards for the EPC department and EPC&OM projects.Follow up and presentation of the indicators stablished at the projects.Analysis, summaries and graphic presentation and trends graphics of the data and information collected from contractors and owners engineering teams.Elaboration of procedures flow charts and templates to standardize the department activities.Guarantie all documents generated are under the color, characters, and language JK criteriaControl of purchased of personal protective material and management of the stock.Control of the documentation generated on the EPC department.Your Main Responsibilities Will BeSupport the Cost Control, Quality, Health& Safety, Environmental &Social JKP areas.Support on the preparation of project EPC&OM reports and deliverables.Support on the preparation of project EPC&OM reports and deliverables.Support on the preparation of the reports and follow up of projects, mainly with the performance of the projects on cost control, ESG, quality, health and safety and environment.Support on the generation of follow up indicators and KPI´s.Support on the analysis and graphic presentations of trends indicators & KPI´s.QualificationsPlease see below the requirements that we typically seek for the position.
