We are passionate about pushing boundaries, achieving extraordinary feats, and fostering a vibrant, supportive community of athletes and adventurers.Position: eCommerce responsibleLocation: Office based / hybrid in BarcelonaDuration: Full timeCompensation: Competitive, based on experience and scope of workRole Overview:The E-commerce Responsible will oversee the end-to-end management of the e-commerce platform, ensuring the smooth operation of online sales, collaborating with internal and external partners, and driving continuous growth. This role will encompass product development, stock control, and platform optimization while working closely with technical teams and marketing partners to execute content strategies and paid campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Product Development with Partners:Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to develop and launch new Everesting products on the e-commerce platform.Ensure product information, pricing, and visual assets are up to date and aligned with the brand strategy.Work with suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery of products and updates to product lines.Orders Control:Oversee the daily management of orders to ensure smooth processing from receipt to delivery.Monitor order flow, troubleshoot issues, and implement strategies to improve order fulfillment efficiency.Collaborate with customer service to resolve order-related queries.Stock Management and Forecasting:Monitor inventory levels and work with the logistics team to maintain optimal stock levels.Use data-driven insights to forecast demand and make informed decisions regarding stock replenishment.Develop strategies to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations, ensuring optimal stock turnover.Platform Continuous Improvement:Collaborate with the technical partner to drive ongoing improvements to the e-commerce platform.Identify areas for optimization, from UX/UI enhancements to backend functionality upgrades, ensuring seamless shopping experiences.Stay up to date with the latest e-commerce technology trends and implement best practices.Content and Paid Campaigns:Work closely with brand, PR and content teams to create engaging content for the platform, including product pages, banners, and promotional materials.Plan and execute paid campaigns across relevant digital channels, aiming to increase traffic and conversions.Analyze campaign performance, reporting on KPIs and ROI to continuously improve future campaigns.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.High interest and practice into sports.
