We’re headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.JOB DESCRIPTION:This role is responsible for Order to Cash activities (Collections, Billing, Backoffice) with our clients. The main targets are Risk Control, Cash & DSO improvement.Interacting with main Internal (Stakeholders) & External clientsAccountability: 1. Contacting with customers with collections pending2. Chasing outstanding debt.3. Reconciling claim accounts.4. Coordinating with back office the accounts updating.5. Forwarding claim discrepancies queries to the corresponding destination office for clarification.6. Weekly report about status of claim balances.7. Coordinating with credit control the review of clients’ credit limits.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree- High knowledge of German and English language. Desirable Spanish knowledge.- Good negotiation skills- High performance in communication and organizational skills-Microsoft office (specially excel)You will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world´s leading travel services provider.
