Job Description Independent handling of general administrative tasks (e.
.
mailings, room reservations, list management, key management, access cards/access system, general documentation, etc.) Reception of visitors and suppliers and taking over the central telephone service Ordering rental vehicles and managing the pool vehicles (checking/demanding cleanliness), ensuring tires are changed and carrying out regular driver's license checks when pool vehicles are used Carrying out travel expense reports according to specifications, including the necessary invoice verification Generate reports for Management as needed Qualifications Good knowledge of office organization with all necessary individual tasks Knowledge of correspondence and administration Basic knowledge of invoice management Good IT user skills (especially office software) English and Spanish Required (Written and Spoken) Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
