We are looking for a team leader for the Employee Services area, whose mission will be to ensure the operation of personnel management processes and policies for the entire Accenture group.
We are looking for a person with skills to work in a dynamic, changing, and international environment, with combined experience in people management and supervision of processes in HR and Payroll ERP systems and Social Security.
The selected person will collaborate with the rest of the corporate HR areas (Training, Recruitment, Labor Relations, Compensation, HR Business Partners, and Occupational Risk Prevention) and will provide solutions and initiatives on a day-to-day basis, building and maintaining trust relationships that will allow them to achieve the assigned objectives.
Main Responsibilities.
• Ensure the proper operation of employee lifecycle processes in Human Resources systems and correct processing with authorities.
• Facilitate and contribute to the development and implementation of new and improved Human Resources policies, structures, processes, systems, and tools, adding value aligned with the business's strategic agenda.
• Knowledge and experience in the labor and contractual legislation of the Group.
• Ensure Social Security obligations among the rest of legal requirements with official organisms.
• Preparation of dashboards, monitoring of HR KPIs, and reporting.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into feasible and appropriate HR solutions, aligned with business objectives, and group-level HR strategies.
• Strong project management and change management skills to maintain simplicity and develop clear and detailed operational processes.
The location will be only in Madrid, because we need go to the office part of the days.
Profile and required experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Law, or similar.
• Excellent level of English (C1).
• Mastery of the assigned areas of responsibility (hiring, payroll, and social security).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, with responsibility and managing a team.
• Experience as an HR professional, including at least 3 years working in a similar role, driving change and supporting development and organizational growth in a complex and international environment.
• Operational experience with a high degree of autonomy and decision-making capacity.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills, capable of engaging other team members and quickly establishing credibility and trust with department heads.
• Good relational skills.
A person capable of maintaining good relationships at all levels based on honesty, integrity, and transparency.
• Results-oriented, proactive.
A person with drive and energy to work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
• Excellent command of MS Office and experience working with Human Resources Management Systems.
