Description.
As an Engineering CoOp, you will play a vital role in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for surgical needle production.
Your responsibilities will include.
Leading projects to innovate process technology, improve reliability, or increase capacity Providing written and oral reports on process performance Leading continuous improvement initiatives in your assigned area Supporting the implementation of new processes and process modifications Performs activities of process/product validation.
Knowledge of process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and familiarity with statistical analysis, preferred.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements Requires fluency in Spanish and English; must have excellent ability to write in English and Spanish.
Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio and Minitab knowledge is highly desirable.
Ability to assess issues and opportunities, establish priorities, and act with a sense of urgency.
Qualifications Education.
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent Experience and Skills.
Required.
0 - 1 years of relevant experience Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to apply them with initiative Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant applications.
