Come and check it out!https://www.ghenova.com/What will your mission be?As Project Engineering Manager, you will lead the multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver the contractually agreed scope safely, in time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the Customer, You will also be responsible of the management of changes related to the engineering area.Main Responsabilities:Manage and support the multidisciplinary engineering team covering the basic design and detailed design of all the disciplines/sub-packages required.Manage budget and project engineering scope as defined by the contract award liaising with the reference institutions, customer, subcontractors, etc.Monitor and manage the performance of the resources in each project team and report periodically the progress of the projects managed.Support new business by providing experience to the Business Development team and will participate and propose R&D projects in the field of your competence.What do you need to join the team?A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in engineering management in Offshore Wind/O&G engineering or shipbuilding.English level C1.Knowledge of Project Management software tools such as MS Project.Master´s Degree in a relevant discipline such as Civil; Offshore or Marine Engineering. (Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an advantage)Ability to read, follow and interpret contract requirements and engineering documentation.Proficiency in scheduling multiple workflows in a medium and large engineering projects.Profound industry knowledge and understanding of design and engineering, project economics, interfaces, risks and commercial aspects of offshore wind farm development.Understanding of the technical and commercial drivers of an offshore wind farm project.Ability to interface with other Business Units and upper management.We are waiting for you!#JoinGhenova
