Job Description:Job Description:This role will support various business- functions (HR, Finance, Digital, Supply Chain and others) and IT functions to define target architectures and transition plans to evolve the current state into the future state in support of the business strategy.In particular, this role will guide and support the delivery of new Information Technology solutions. An Enterprise Architect’s skills and knowledge must span multiple architecture domains (e.g. Business Architecture, Application/Solution Architecture, Technical/Infrastructure Architecture & Information/Data Architecture) required to ensure balanced solutions. The Architect is expected to influence the organization and work independently, though in alignment with the lead enterprise architect and Enterprise Architecture principles, with senior business and Information Technology leaders. Key Accountabilities:Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, including executives, business units, and IT teams, to understand business needs and ensure architectural alignment.Facilitate workshops and presentations to articulate and promote architecture principles, standards, and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Deduct and review architecture artifacts and capabilities, ensuring compliance with established architecture standards and principles.Provide guidance to project teams to ensure that project architectures align with the enterprise architecture.Contribute to the extending the knowledge repository of the current and future state IT and business landscape, from many perspectives, and in many formats.Assisting with capability, technology and service analyses and selection process.Drive privacy, security, control and compliancy by design as part of the Enterprise Architecture processes and workshops. Required SkillsBachelor's degree, master degree desired5+ years of experience in business analysis / enterprise architectureStrong understanding of business capabilities, capability models and maturity assessmentsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to think strategically and solve complex problemsExperience with waterfall and agile development methodologiesAbility to learn new technologies quicklyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesArchitecture Governance and Compliance:TOGAF certification desirableExperience with LeanIX and maintaining architecture artifactsStakeholder Engagement and CommunicationRisk Assessment and Mitigation:Identify architecture-related risks and work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.Incorporate risk management principles into architectural decision-making processes.Required Soft SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate about providing unparalleled levels of service and convenience for customers.Able to work and learn quickly in a fast paced, fun and dynamic environment.Prepared and be able to stick at something, be tenacious.Care about doing a great job and exceeding expectations with the quality of what you do.Strong, communication, management and influencing skills, verbal and in writing in English.
