In this role, you will focus on delivering exceptional client experiences characterized by simplicity, transparency, and efficiency.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in client service or operational roles, looking to grow in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities Client Portfolio Management.
Assist with managing a specific client portfolio, focusing on new KYC requests.
Client Interaction.
Engage continuously with internal and external clients through phone calls, chats, meetings, and emails to ensure smooth onboarding and refresh processes.
Case Tracking.
Maintain end-to-end tracking of cases, acting as the liaison between clients, KYC analysts, and compliance units.
Onboarding Expertise.
Understand new business onboarding requirements to identify the best fit for each entity.
Escalation Management.
Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve cases of non-responsiveness.
Coordination with Stakeholders.
Collaborate with business units and AML teams to clear case statuses and ensure efficient processes.
Reporting.
Deliver timely and accurate daily reporting and management information summaries (MIS).
Process Improvement.
Identify, address, and communicate process gaps while sharing best practices for enhanced efficiency.
Documentation.
Ensure all standard operating procedures and relevant documentation are current and appropriately approved.
Operational Support.
Handle escalations, operational management, and deliver training where needed.
Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Client-oriented with a high level of proficiency in English and German.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with sound reasoning in service delivery.
Familiarity with money laundering schemes and compliance processes.
Self-motivated, independent worker with excellent confidentiality management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
Proven track record of building relationships with local and global teams.
