EVENT SPECIALIST / MANAGER (PHARMACEUTICAL SECTOR)

Omega CRM Consulting is looking for an Event Specialist / Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Events Specialist / Manager will centrally manage and ensure the understanding, implementation, execution, tracking, and optimization of virtual events and webinars hosted by our global affiliate colleagues, including the campaigns aimed at driving attendance to those events. They will turn the multichannel content and rules as defined and delivered in the campaign briefings provided by our stakeholders within the local countries into a series of workflows, deliveries, and event configurations within our standard marketing automation toolset, Adobe Campaign, and/or our standard webinar solution, SpotMe & Cvent.The Events Manager will also work with our team to design and develop virtual events and campaign content templates and processes, as well as work to ensure understanding and adherence by local stakeholders to the predefined service and setup In addition to programming workflows, deliveries, and event configurations, they may also modify and maintain landing page templates using some creative coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.They willEnsure high quality and on time delivery of campaigns deployed and virtual event services provided.Ensure that events and campaigns are configured and measured according to global standards, best practices, and predefined virtual events specific templates.Provide consultative guidance to stakeholders in the markets using subject matter expertise on virtual events, campaigns, and toolset to ensure optimization of event and campaign setup and execution.Work with other project stakeholders to design and develop optimized approach to virtual event and campaign content templates and processes.Work with the Events Specialists to ensure that the campaign surrounding communication of the virtual event and the Specialists’ coordination and execution of the virtual event itself are well aligned including before, during, and after.Ensure that markets are informed and fully understand the Virtual Events service and processes.Work both independently and with Platform Managers to modify and maintain landing page templates, email templates, and technical workflows.Ensure that Analysts and Data Stewards have access to the correct data for their reporting, analytics, and data management.Requirements & desired skillsBachelor’s degree in business administration digital marketing or marketing Technology preferred, or bachelor’s degree in technical studies.Previous experience with technically configuring virtual events and webinars experience with Cvent. Knowledge in SpotMe and Zoom is preferred.Demonstrated experience in marketing automation tools (ideally, 2 3 years of experience) Adobe Campaign is preferred.Adobe Campaign certification is a plus (Business Practitioner is OK, Developer is an added plus.Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure, dynamic situations are a must while it is not constant, there will be times that one must deal with changing requirements, competing priorities, and challenging stakeholders.Openness to learning new tools and technical concepts is a must; should be able to demonstrate ability to quickly grasp new topics and concepts.Experience as a Consultant or Campaign Manager in a software house, consultancy, or other project delivery environment; or experience in Service Center set ups, including process optimization.Previous experience with blending business/marketing topics and technical topics to interpret requirements, develop solutions, and explain to other audiences.Client management skills, including managing work intake using Jira & MS Teams and deescalating incidents that impact customers.Past exposure to email marketing concepts; HTML and CSS knowledge is preferredPrevious exposure to databases and data management concepts, including SQL and ETL skills; knowledge of web calls and interfaces is a plus.Knowledge of Human Pharma marketing, including virtual and physical event communications and organization, is a plus.Strong project management skills, creative thinker, quick learner, and open to changesA can-do mentality with a desire to work with and for people around the globe, as well as many people around/in our location in Sant Cugat.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently across functional initiatives (with skill in interpreting to non-technical audiences) and with the ability to interface with customers across global Markets.Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently.
