As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Executive Assistant to join us and help shape the future of our company.
About the role - Provide administrative support to top executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing events.
- Proficiently use and manage tools such as Google Calendar, Google Meet, Zoom, Teams,...
icrosoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Acrobat, and Canvas.
- Utilize AI platforms, including ChatGPT and other specific AI applications, to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation.
- Organize the office space, ensure attention to detail, and supervise the cleaning staff - Support various projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Requisitos - Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Familiarity with AI applications, particularly ChatGPT, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to grow and develop within the company.
- Presentable and proffesional appearence that fits into a tech startup environment.
- Flexibility to work both on line and in person.
This position will most likely requiere a big percentage of the time in person.
