The best way to grow as a company is to help you grow as a person, hence the availability of learning and development opportunities.How can you help us?Design, coordination and management of improvement projects and new investments under quality, safety and defined capex standards, following all procedures established in the company.Your main responsibilitiesBasic responsibilities and activities:Project Management and Process Improvement:• Design, coordinate, execute and collaborate on engineering projects related to new investments and improvements to existing facilities.• Manage investment projects in all their phases: design, drafting, bidding, execution, start-up and legalization.• Design, coordinate and execute work to improve and optimize process lines.• Analyze common factory processes, such as heat treatments, transportation of powders and flours, fluid management, packaging and logistics, proposing improvements and optimizations.• Collaborate with the engineering team on improvement projects and new installations.Energy Efficiency and Sustainability:• Support, design and implement energy efficiency and sustainability strategies.• Analyze, collaborate and execute energy optimization projects.• Monitor and optimize energy consumption, managing electricity and natural gas supplies.• Collaborate in the analysis of energy consumption to propose improvements and prepare energy reports.• Participate in feasibility studies of technologies such as cogeneration and renewable energies.Maintenance and Industrial Safety:• Manage maintenance work in buildings, industrial warehouses and process plants, including painting, conservation and repair of roofs, false ceilings, pavements and roads.• Control installations subject to specific regulations and coordinate periodic inspections (pressure equipment, refrigeration installations, lifting devices, electrical installations, air conditioning, fire protection).• Supervise external contractors and manage documentation and safety on construction sites according to current regulations.• Manage the documentation for the legalization and registration of projects with the General Directorate of Industry and updating the Industrial Registry.• Collaborate in updating the Explosion Protection Document and the Emergency and Evacuation Plan.• Participate in ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and ISO 45000 audits on industrial safety aspects.Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:• Participate in achieving the objectives established by superiors in their work areas.• Be part of the continuous improvement team, proposing ideas and collaborating in their execution within their areas of responsibility and in the department in general.• Collaborate with different departments (Purchasing, Accounting, Management Control) in supply management, consumption forecasts and costs.• Be part of the second intervention team in emergencies.Skills and CompetenciesAcademic Background• Industrial Engineer, Industrial Technical Engineer or Degree in Industrial Engineering. Specialty in mechanics, electricity or industrial automation (other specialties will be valued).• English: advanced levelExperience and technical knowledge:• Accredited experience in the sector from 2 to 5 years.• Experience in the design of chemical, refinery or food facilities (thermal transfer equipment, transportation of solids, fluids, packaging).• Experience in industrial assemblies and industrial planning.• Mastery of CAD systems: AutoCAD and SolidWorks.• Knowledge of process control and automation.• Knowledge of machinery construction and design of electrical schemes and installations.• Knowledge of utilities and energy supplies.• Familiarity with industrial regulations and industrial safety.Competencies:• Proactivity and capacity for initiative.• Ability to analyze and solve problems.• Teamwork and excellent communication skills.• Organization and planning.• Results orientation and attention to detail.It will be valued: • Project management• Knowledge of utilities• Knowledge of process control and automation• Knowledge in machinery construction.• Knowledge in the design of electrical schemes and installationsOthers:• Based in Murcia.What do we offer you?(Confidentiality is assured)We offer a position where you can develop professionally.
