FACILITIES OFFICER

Your mission You’ll be responsible for the upkeep of the Malaga facilities with a hands on approach.
There is a high level of organization and physical tasks in this role, requiring structure, accuracy and attention to detail.
You have to be skilled in a variety of areas including plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems.
Duties include inspecting building, maintaining inventory and scheduling repairs.
You will be a jack-of-all-trades, with in-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, hydraulic systems and basic tools and appliances.
To excel in this position, you must be an outstanding problem-solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
What you'll do Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical works, plumbing, painting, building works and carpentry.
Events set up support.
Inspect the building, equipment and systems to identify any issues.
Repair faulty equipment units and damaged appliances.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
Plan and schedule repairs.
Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
Research and comparison of vendor services for maintenance and improvement works.
Keep records of completed works in the internal tools.
Purchase and inventory of maintenance supplies.
Collaborate with contractors and other professionals during renovations.
To undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required as part the facilities management services.
