With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a dynamic Associate Medical Affairs Director at the EMEA level with a strong focus on the DACH and south-western Europe regions.
As an Associate Medical Affairs Director for the EMEA region, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the mission to revolutionize cancer care.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams, to provide medical-scientific input across the region.

Key Responsibilities.
Provide strategic input into the development and execution of medical affairs plans for assigned product.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical societies, and healthcare professionals to gather insights and support the adoption of our medical devices.
Contribute to the development of scientific publications, educational materials, and presentations to support product launches and ongoing medical education initiatives.
Act as a medical resource for internal stakeholders, including Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, and Market Access teams, to ensure alignment with medical strategies and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in oncology research, competitive landscape, and healthcare policies to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion.
Qualifications.
Medical degree or PhD, with specialization in oncology preferred.
>2 years of experience in medical affairs or related functions within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
Strong understanding of oncology therapeutic areas and familiarity with medical device regulations and guidelines beneficial.
Ability to collaborate with KOLs, clinical investigators, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex scientific information for diverse audiences.
Fluency in English and German required, additional proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian advantageous.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 3-4 days per week.
