FIELD MARKETING MANAGER

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our sales objectives in our markets.
You will work closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams to create and implement programs that resonate with our target audience and align with our business goals.
Where and how can you work? The position offers flexibility in work location, with the option to be based at Bordeaux and at one of our Internationals offices in Paris or Madrid.
Additionally, we support a hybrid work model, allowing for up to two remote workdays per week.
What will be your impact? As a Field Manager, your key responsibilities will include.
Strategy Development.
Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans tailored to our markets, aligning with overall company objectives and sales targets.
Event Execution.
Execute regional events, trade shows, meetups, and other promotional activities to engage prospects and customers.
Campaign Execution.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and launch localized campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
Sales Enablement.
Provide the sales team with tools, materials, and presentations to enhance their effectiveness in engaging with prospects and clients.
Performance Tracking.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing programs, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and report on key metrics.
ou will be a good fit if you haveMaster’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably within the advertising technology or digital media industry.
roven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
xcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
nalytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
luency in English is mandatory; French is a plus, and an additional language would be a bonus.
