You will be accountable for creating value through driving sales and developing strong relationship with key customers.

You will create the legacy of Bacardi and drive the company’s presence and growth in Spain.

RESPONSIBILITIES With Our Consumer At The Heart Your Key Focus Will Be.
Market Visits.
Maintain an updated view of in-market RSPs for all markets and all categories through regular in-market visits.
Ensure the best execution of Brand Plans with distributors and local trade.
Relationships.
Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with On Trade owners, On Trade Groups and capitalize on synergies with wholesalers and distributors.
Brand Equity.
Build Bacardi brand equity by leading and motivating a team of Business Managers, optimizing the best execution of the local marketing mix in line with the brands’ global strategies, capturing market dynamics and react to growth opportunities.
People development.
Responsible for the development of your direct team, through the monitoring of individual development plans, coaching and accompanying outings in the market, review and monitoring of results of your objectives.
Sell Out.
Driving and monitoring distributors sales through your business managers team, as a leverage of NSV and GP achievement.
Distribution.
Ensure optimum distribution on our direct clients, improving visibility of our brands.
Financial Targets.
Deliver key financial targets (NSV, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI, Value Share) versus budget with rigor and precision.

Experience Customer Focus & Negotiation.
Strong customer focus and negotiation skills, specialized developing, monitoring and achieving commercial agreements, enabling growth and leadership of our brands into our clients, delivering results guarantee win-win situation.
Market Knowledge.
Spirit industry expert, with experience in Madrid On Trade channel.
Team Management.
Previous experience of minimum 5 years, leading high performance teams, with empathy and  focus on developing talent of direct reports.
Field Sales experience of minimum 10 years in a leading FMCG company.

Strong analytical capability to work with figures.
Good financial acumen and exposure to managing sales and P&Ls with rigor.
