oop., for its developing and growing organization, is seeking "a "Field Service Engineer "who is with the following qualifications & skills; JOB DESCRIPTION Perform all hands-on technical service activities for packaging machines, including installation, commissioning, start-up, training, fault finding, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
Engage in fully hands-on activities (mechanical and electrical) with machines at customer sites.
Deliver the best service solutions by following established processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing the best support and solutions.
Identify opportunities for developing new service applications, equipment, and methods.
Complete field service reports and manage personal expense reports.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with industrial equipment as a field service technician.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Technical skills with a passion for fault finding, troubleshooting, and solution orientation.
Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating effectively with both operators and management-level clients.
Ability to plan effectively, ensuring clear work objectives that adhere to company and safety regulations.
Reporting directly to the Technical Service Manager.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Residency in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul is preferred.
For male candidates, military service must be completed.
