Job Title Field Service Engineer- Palma De Mallorca Job Description As a Field Service Engineer, you will work in Palma de Mallorca/ Baleares at East District, by using your strong technical skills in providing the best-in-class customer service! As part of the Service engineering organization, you will contribute to providing the right data, context, and approach which will change the way we do business and make a difference for our customers.
Your role Customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.
Assisting in-service repair, preventative maintenance, and field change orders/installations.
Identifying and solving customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication, and involving Service and Sales teams as appropriate.
Operating under the required knowledge of regulatory requirement development.
Depending on business performance and the market may be defined other lines of development.
As a Field Service engineer you will be working as a team member of Service delivery team in Eastern region, located in Palma de Mallorca, Baleares and reporting to Area Service Delivery Manager.
The area of the work is the East Area, although the usual coverage will be mainly in Balerian Islands.
You will have an opportunity to develop your technical skills in a multinational set up while working in a hybrid model.

University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering and Electronics Technology degree or any other relevant engineering major.
Previous hands-on experience servicing medical or other high technology equipment.
Preferably demonstrated, repair and troubleshooting skills with experience in one of our modalities appreciated.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and good level of English Ability to demonstrate superior customer service skills daily - required.
Driving license and willingness to travel.
