The Opportunity...
Reporting to the South Region Service Manager, and being part of the Field Service Technician team you will install, service, and maintain our equipment to keep it running at top operating efficiency.
On a given day, you may.
Conduct inspections, repairs, Maintenance and Trouble Shouting in customer facilities.
Provide accurate and detailed service visit reports Create solutions to new technical problems and develop suggestions for continuous improvement.
Support Installations when needed Coordinate Technical communication flow inside JBT organization Participate in creating and applying working procedures for Service department tasks.
Inform of potential improvements and progress.
Train customers how to service machinery.
Response to technical questions from customers, technicians, and sales force.
Jobs and services provided to customers follow-up Assistance to Sales departments providing technical information and customer assistance.
Requirements for the role At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role or tasks working with equipment as Service/Installation Engineer in Food/Pharmaceutical/Chemical industry or as Maintenance Technician within the Process industry English language skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working remotely with access to remote support.
Valid driving license Travel & Location Able to travel and work at flexible hours as the job may require, including weekends We are looking for you to be based in the Barcelona area and you will travel up to 70%.
This is a remote role.
